Ok I made this a more-or-less step by step tutorial. Not very fond of them but they're easy to do. This teaches you how to make Spoilers using NURBS in Cinema 4D.
Pretty Basic. It gets hurried at the end but you should be able to figure it out. More Advanded tutorials to come 8-).

Drop me a note, email me (hyperphuzion@gmail.com), comment here, or message me on MSN if you have any questions or other tutorial requests regarding Cinema 4D
Photoshop or Maya.

My preferred form of nurbs modelling is Lofting if it all possible. cinema's NURBS options are rather limited... I created that final image using the loft method. I just Discussed Sweep and Extrude because it was supposed to be a tutorial on NURBS modelling, give ya some variety, show you what they do. The others that I didn't cover have uses as well, I just don't use them much (except hypernurbs but thats not technically NURBS modelling, its more of a smoothing option mixed with subdivision).

This was great. I'm used to working with NURBS in Illustrator, but I never worked in any 3D program. I just started learning Cinema 4D and this helps me sooooooooo much, since it's NURBS based.
Thank you for this very useful tutorial.

When I go, I want to die in my sleep like my grandfather
Not screaming and clawing at the dashboard like the passengers in his car
no problem ;)
